Iplicator Kuznetsov - Instructions
your hands until you reach your limit of tolerable pain for 40 to 60 seconds, increasing the
pressure every 10 seconds while the patient can maniplulate the muscles of the painful area.
Contraction and relaxation increases the effect of the iplicator (note; when we apply the
iplicator on the lumbar region, it is good to shift ones weight from one foot to the other).
Repeat application to painful areas until no more pain is felt. It is possible to use the iplicator
for a long time by using an elastic band, a belt or towel, etc.. For treatment of joints, it is
recommended to apply the iplicator on the outer side and joints, so that the tips of iplicator
don't touch or affect the neurovascular system (present in the hollow of the knee nnder the
armpits, groin, in the crook of the elbow), and stabalize the position of the iplicator with a n
elastic using moderate pressure against the body for 30 to 45 minutes.
Use on the knee joint
When applied to the knee joint, try to walk slowly or, if you sit, bend and straighten the leg
several times. Several iplicators models (B1, B2, B4, B5) can be used for the knees. The
simultaneous application of a small iplicator on the knee and a large iplicator on the spine (lie
on it for 30 minutes) will not only promote the relief of the painful joint, but also contributes
to the overall improvement of the patient's condition.
Application on the soles of the feet
It is well known that the soles of the feet contain the active areas. Sit on a chair, place the
iplicator on the floor and and press onto it with the soles of your feet. It is recommended to
use two small iplicators (type A2).
Headaches
Place the iplicator on the back of the neck, then slide it slowly on the neck, from the back of
the head to the top of the skull and apply pressure within your pain limits for 4 to 5 minutes
for each zone . Simultaneously changing the position of application every 40 to 60 seconds
by slightly moving the iplicator taking care not to damage the skin in areas being treated.
Continue until the complete disappearance of pain or until your pain limit has been reached.
The iplicators types A1 and A2 are most suitable for headaches.
Spinal pain and insomnia
It is recommended to use large iplicators: D1, D2, D4, D5, D6. Arrange the iplicator flat on
a soft surface (bed, mattress) and lie on it for 1-2 hours, depending on the status and needs of
the patient (or, if you are not yet accustomed to the sensation, you can also put the iplicator on
the back of a soft armchair, which will reduce the pressure).
Vertebral osteochondritis
The iplicator must cover the back of the neck and troat area. To treat the lumbar region, cover
the area surroundin the coccyx. For the vertebral osteochondrosis, use a small iplicator type
A1, A2 or A3, with a possible addition of a small inflatable iplicator E1 or E2 to the cervical
level,, blown up to half its maximum volume. Large inflatable iplicators must be inflated to
20% of their maximum volume.
Osteochondrosis and chronic insomnia
We recommend using iplicator regularly for 15 to 20 days before bedtime. After this period,
it is necessary to stop using them for one month so as to not reduce the effect of the treatment.
By lying on thelarger iplicator, the most effective time occurs only during the first 3 minutes,
after which you will feel a sensation of heat flux and a pleasant relaxation that will last
throughout the application time. The skin will redden, which is normal during the use of the
iplicator. In case of osteochondrosis chronic pain does not dissipate immediately but after 10
to 15 treatments. The use of the iplicator in combination with conventional treatment methods
can be very effective.
Contraindications:
skin diseases, malignant tumors and benign papillomas, lipomas, moles, thrombophlebitis -
in all cases, this applies to the site of application. For moles or large warts, it is possible to
remove the corresponding needles on the carpet, or to cover the area with a plaster.
Disinfecting the iplicators
Disinfect using common disinfectants (wash with a brush). For inflatable and transparent
iplicators wash in warm running water.
Note:
Sew or stick back any loose edges to their original place.
!!!WARNING!!!
Always consult your doctor to determine if the iplicator is recommended for your needs. For
health and hygiene purposes, iplicators can only be used by one patient.
